Placement Cell of Jawahar Arts, Science and Commerce College Anadur decided in its meeting held  16/12/2019 on to conduct a campus interview for the existing and stepped out students of Jawahar Arts, Science and Commerce College in the month of January 2020. So the committee made contact with honorable Sachin Patil HR manager for Chola Insurance Co. Ltd. Pune and cookies permission to conduct a campus interview at the college. When he agreed and gave permission to conduct the campus interview. the committee members started their preparations on deciding the date of interview. Then they prepared a poster for wide publicity.Then they made viral the poster into students’ various groups and also it has been stuck on the walls in public places like bus stand and also in some buses so to make no the needy students in search of job.

               Finally on 13th January 2020 the campus interview conducted in the college. From Chola Insurance Co.Ltd. Hon’nble Shriram G sir AGM Chennai, Hon’ble Sachin Patil HR manager, Pune were present to take interview. At the outset, the guests were felicitated at the gracious hands of the principal Hon’ble Dr.UmakantChanshetti then Hon’ble Sachin Patil gave information about the company and opportunities to build career there. Hon’ble Shriram G also shared his views regarding career advancement and he told that the youngsters from rural and remote areas have tremendous potential and denote that they lack self-confidence. Further he advised the candidates to face the written test and interview confidently. 72 students were registered. The interviewers took written test of the registered candidates and 21 candidates qualified in the written test. The panel of interviewers with the concerned officials conducted online interview of the qualified candidates and finally 05 candidates selected and given offer letters. Dr. S. A. Sangle, Dr.A.M.Pachpinde, Prof. H.B. Jogdankar, Prof. V.W.Wahule, Prof.M.N.Gadsing and Prof. R.S.Hiremath took efforts for registration and publicity of the event under the guidance of Dr.UmakantChanshetti. Prof. V.W.Wahule anchored the program while Dr.R.V.Varshetti proposed vote of thanks.

Placement cell of Jawahar Arts, Science & Commerce College Anadur decided in its meeting held on  05 July, 2021 to conduct a campus interview for the existing & ex-students in the month of August.So the members of the cell were searching for some agency to carry the decided activity and one of the members got information about the NIIT-IFBI and it’s area manager Mr. Rajesh Murgam. Somehow the cell made him contact and asked to conduct a Campus interview for ICICI Bank in collaboration with NIIT-IFBI & Jawahar Arts Science & Commerce College Anadur. When he agreed the cell gave the whole information to the Principal and he too agreed and gave permission to conduct the said activity. The date was decided after mutual agreement in both the institutions. Then the all the members of cell made preparations. They prepared a poster for wide publicity, made viral in students’ what’s app group etc. Made all preparations required for the campus drive and finally the interview taken on 7th August, 2021. 118 candidates were registered and 09 were faced final interview. Hon’ble Mohite sir, the state coordinator of the NIIT, Hon’ble Anushree Joshi madam, the Divisional Manager of NIIT and Hon’ble Rajesh Murgam were present at the time of the campus interview. On 07/08/2021, at the outset the guests were felicitated by the the Principal Dr.UmakantChanshetti. Then Hon’ble Mohite guided the students about how to face the interview and also gave the whole information about NIIT-IFBI and ICICI Bank Ltd. So the committee made contact with Hon’ble Ganesh Sonwane HR manager for Dhoot Transmission Ltd. Aurangabad and asked permission to conduct a campus interview at the college. When he agreed and gave permission to conduct the campus interview. the committee members started their preparations on deciding the date of interview. Then they prepared a poster for wide publicity.Then they made viral the poster into students’ various groups and also it has been stuck on the walls in public places like bus stand and also in some buses so to make know the needy students in search of job.

               Finally on 26th March 2022 the campus interview conducted in the college. From Dhoot Transmission Ltd.  Hon’ble Ganesh Sonwane HR manager, was present to take interview. At the outset, the guest was felicitated at the gracious hands of the principal Hon’ble Dr.UmakantChanshetti then Hon’ble Ganesh Sonwane gave information about the company and opportunities to build career there and also shared his views regarding career advancement Dhoot Transmission is an Indian conglomerate company headquartered in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India, and was founded by Mr Rahul Dhoot in the year 1999. It operates the business in products as diverse as Wiring Harness, Electronic Sensors and Controllers, Automotive Switches, Power Cords, Automotive Cables, Connectors and Terminals, suiting to 2-Wheelers, 3-Wheelers, Commercial Vehicles, Off-Road Vehicles, Earth Movers, Farming Equipments, Medical Equipments & Domestic Appliances etc.

Today, we enjoy the patronage of having 23 manufacturing facilities spread across the globe that includes 5 locations in UK, Slovakia, Thailand, Japan & South Korea and 18 locations in India. We are serving to a large customer’s base stretched in 8 countries and 3 continents. The placement cell of Jawahar Arts, Science & Commerce College Anadur decided to organise a campus interview for the existing and ex-students of the college in the month of June 2022. So the cell made contact with Precision Camshaft Ltd. The HR manager of the company Hon’ble Madhav Deshpande agreed to take the venture. Then the members of the placement cell made preparations like pamphlets and made publicity. Finally the campus interviews conducted on 01/07/2022. On the day of interview Hon’ble Shri Ramchandra (dada) Alure graced the occasion by his gracious presence. At the outset, Hon’ble Madhav Deshpande HR manager of Precision Camshaft Ltd, Hon’ble Dhananjay Jadhav, PRO of the company & Hon’ble Sanjay Somwanshi, Labour contractor were felicitated by the gracious hands of Hon’ble Ramchandra (dada) Alure on behalf of parent institution. Then the principal Dr.UmakantChanshetti felicitated Hon’ble Ramchandra (dada) Alure. Then principal Dr.Chanshetti thrown light on the objective behind arranging such events and he welcome all the guests and also all the candidates present for the interview. Hon’ble Madhav Deshpande gave the whole information about the company and it’s network and also about the nature of work. The Company was incorporated as ? Precision Camshafts Private Limited? on June 8, 1992 under the Companies Act 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. Pursuant to a resolution of the shareholders dated June 21, 1997, the Company was converted to a public limited company, and accordingly the name was changed to ? Precision Camshafts Limited? and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to public limited company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai on August 1, 1997. the Company was initially registered under the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai, however a new office of the Registrar of Companies was opened at Pune on the May 1, 1998 to meet the requirements of the corporate sector and the general public in and around Pune. Subsequently, the Company came under the purview of Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Pune. Lastly, Hon’ble Ramchandra (dada) Alure delivered his presidential speech in which he gave valueable guidance for the candidates and told to keep honesty in each field where ever you go.Then the interview process took place. 69 candidates were registered out of which 29 selected.
