Welcome to Jawahar Arts, Science & Commerce College, situated at a holy and historic place village Anadur located on Pune – Hyderabad N.H. no. 65 It is a matter of great pride and honour to lead Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’s Jawahar Arts, Science & Commerce College, Anadur, Dist.Osmanabad at this historic, juncture, into the 60^th Anniversary year of Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Anadur beginning from 15^th June 2019.

Dnyaneshwar Mauli. Dnyaneshwar Maharaj says, remove darkness in the lives
of the oppressed, deprived and underprivileged people. Respect their lives. If
there is a need to eradicate the darkness of their life, if we want to bring a light in their life, then it can bring only through the light of knowledge & education. It is necessary to make such opportunities available to the students of this class.
It is our duty to cater quality education and foster them to be a part stream, in this determination, on 15th June 1959, ‘Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Anandur’ was established on 15th June 1959 to provide the quality education and knowledge-based light to reach the slum.

The Jawahar Vidyalay a secondary school of this institute. In 1961, the first matriculation batch was seen. Since then, the school’s results are good. Many students today are proving their achievements in various fields by taking education from this school. Many students of this school take a prime position in the Merit list of the S. S.C. Board.In the year 1994, Sachin Haralkar stood first in the whole state of Maharashtra during his S.S.C Board Examination. In 1981, Prashant Katikar and in 1989 Ajay Kandale came first from Aurangabad (Marathwada) Division of S.S.C. Board Examination.Dharmanarayana Misale in 1990 and Atul Surawase in 2008 won the first rank among the students of Backward Classes . In 2018, Rishikesh Kanade secures 100% marks and K. Vedanti Dudhbhate achieved the level of 99.60% marks in the S.S.C.Board examination.
